the location provided easy access to main attractions it was convenient

the room felt smaller than expected i also noticed dust accumulation on the chandeliers more unsettling was the frequent absence of staff at the reception desk it made getting assistance challenging

clean room, good location

perfect location clean rooms renovated room comfortable bed

location was perfect, very near to vaporetto. it allowed walking to major tourist places and many restaurants nearby. rooms were very clean and renovated. bathroom was excellent and the bed it was very comfortable.

i noticed no one at reception several times when i enterd. i dont like that

the room was spacious with good facilities. water bottles get put in the fridge every day. the lift to upper floors was useful for me. i could access the terrace easily.

fantastic stay!

extreme convenience spacious design kind staff

this hotel suited a trip perfectly. the location had extreme convenience for all attractions. i walked to multiple water taxi lines easily. the staff was kind and helpful to everyone. the rooms have spacious designs and modern air conditioning.

the tv in my room did not function properly. i found a cork stopper. i think i would add a small spot for soap inside the shower.

this facility houses a lift, so you don't have to struggle with luggage!!! there is a quiet street nearby that boasts excellent restaurants and stores only a block away, offering convenient options for dining and shopping.

Fantastic Central Hotel

simple check-in very clean room great location

Check-in was simple. Our room was very clean and nice. The hotel helped book our water taxi to the airport for my very early flight. Location its great. You can walk easily to restaurants, stores and museums.

The room was a little small. It could benefit from some smart storage solutions.

Our room was spacious and it fit our family of four nicely. We had a top floor room, so we also had terrace access. The bathrooms are modern and the suites are equipped with great bathrooms.
